Writing the rules we want to live by when we use AI together
Every club needs a few shared rules, and one that uses AI needs them more than most. In this lesson you will look at how the club uses AI tools safely and fairly, and then help write the ideas that go into our own Class Constitution. The guiding aim is simple, AI should be a thinking partner, never a shortcut that does your thinking for you.
The club's approach rests on a short pledge that every member makes, to keep yourself and others safe by never sharing personal or sensitive information with AI, to use AI to support your thinking rather than replace it, to be honest about when and how you used it, and to speak up if AI ever shows something harmful, biased, or worrying. Working with Chipp, you will gather your own ideas to bring to the group when the class writes its constitution together.
